Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup peanut butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups chopped peanut butter cups
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until slightly thickened. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
Drizzle the melted peanut butter evenly over the pudding layer.
Sprinkle the dry chocolate cake mix evenly over the top. Do not stir.
Scatter the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips over the cake mix.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over everything.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the top looks set and slightly crisp around the edges.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Best enjoyed warm with a scoop of ice cream.
